A doctor forces his daughter's boyfriend to help him find and kill unsuspecting victims in search of that one with O-Negative blood that will save the daughters life. But, when he catches feelings for the unsuspecting victim, not only does it complicate things with him, it complicates things with the Dad.  In order to protect his new boyfriend, he offers himself up after he finds out, he too is O-Negative.
